Louis Valentino (Inner Mongolia) Ceramic Co., Ltd. is a sole foreign invested manufacturer in producing construction ceramic products and sanitary wares. It is located in Qing Shui He Industry Garden, Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The factory size is approximately 300 acres and the total investment is over US$ 200 million.

We will set up total 40 tile production lines and 2 sanitary ware production lines. When manufacturing commences full operation, the capacity for tile production will be 120,000,000 M2 per year and the capacity for sanitary ware production will be 1,200,000 sets per year.

We have also managed to secure a license to explore more than 100 square kilometers of natural resources to support our manufacturing needs.

When the factory is fully operational, it will be the biggest tile manufacturer in North China and the largest supplier in North China, North West China and even in Middle East and Middle Asia.

Good quality products are the result of good manufacturing practices. Every single tile undergoes a rigorous quality control process. We acknowledge that products made in China have a reputation for low quality, which is mainly due to the ignorance of the majority of Chinese manufacturers in regards to their quality control requirements. This has caused them to lose their branding in the international market. The result is a product made with the highest quality raw materials and classical designs for the discerning customer.

We believe that good quality products are the results of using fine raw materials. With this in mind, we have stringent sourcing criteria when purchasing our raw materials. From over 100 types of environment-friendly, fine raw materials, we have more than 30 standards, which had undergone at least 10 application testing to satisfy the national requirement for environment-friendly building materials. Each production stage in the processing of the raw materials, such as transportation, storage, sourcing and powdering are carefully monitored to ensure that the raw materials are in the best conditions.
